By creating an account or booking a service through Samadan.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Samadan.xyz offers on-demand services including but not limited to:
AC repair and maintenance
Home cleaning and pest control
Home and office shifting
Electrical and electronic repair
Car repair and servicing
Caregiver and home nursing
Salon and spa at home
On-call handyman and utility services
All services are delivered by third-party service providers vetted by Samadan.xyz.
As a user, you must:
Provide accurate and complete information while booking
Ensure accessibility to your location at the scheduled time
Treat service providers with respect
Pay all charges promptly
Not misuse or resell services booked via the platform
Service providers must:
Deliver services professionally and on time
Use safe and hygienic practices
Respect the customer’s privacy and property
Report any issues or emergencies to Samadan.xyz support
All service bookings should be made through the Samadan.xyz app or website
Payment can be made online or via cash (if supported)
Cancellation and refund terms apply as per our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
Prices may vary based on service category, time, and location
Additional charges may apply for materials, special requests, or emergency service
All fees are transparent and will be communicated before confirmation
Samadan.xyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate user or provider accounts in cases of:
Fraud or abuse
Repeated cancellations or complaints
Violation of policies or applicable laws
Samadan.xyz acts as a facilitator connecting users and service providers. We are not liable for:
Any loss, damage, or injury arising during service delivery
Delays due to traffic, emergencies, or third-party issues
Any dispute between users and providers, though we will assist in resolving
All logos, brand names, content, and technology on Samadan.xyz are the property of the company and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

At Samadan.xyz, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure all services are delivered professionally and reliably. However, if a service does not meet expectations or is not delivered as promised, our Refund Policy ensures fair compensation.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
Service Not Delivered: The service provider failed to arrive or complete the service.
Provider Cancellation: Your confirmed booking was cancelled by the provider.
Service Quality Issues: If the service was incomplete or poorly delivered, and you report the issue within 24 hours with valid proof.
Duplicate Payment: If a transaction was charged twice due to a system or payment gateway error.
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
If the service was completed and accepted by the customer.
If the cancellation is made after the provider has arrived or started the service.
If incorrect or misleading information was provided by the customer that affected service quality.
If the refund request is made more than 24 hours after service delivery.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
In case of wallet or cash bookings, eligible amounts may be refunded as Samadan credits or vouchers.
At Samadan.xyz, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility for customers while respecting the time and effort of our service providers.
Free Cancellation:
You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charge.
Late Cancellation (within 2 hours):
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before service may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellation (on arrival):
If you cancel after the provider has arrived or are unavailable at the location, a 50% fee may be charged.
Providers must inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time if they are unable to attend.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in temporary deactivation or penalties.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Refunds are subject to cancellation timing and service category.
